This is about the extent of my problems in Korea…

I bought package of Head & Shoulders which I thought was shampoo with a conditioner, but now I can’t tell the difference. They both have the same writing in Korea, but they are two totally different bottles. One is twice as big as the other with a different shape and cap. Could I have bought two bottles of shampoo? Also, who ever designed the bag to hold the cereal inside the cereal box should be shot. It’s so hard to open a new bag and when you do, the cereal flies everywhere and you make a big gash in the bag so pouring it is a challenge too.
